Creating a compelling brochure was the easy part.
When Chirisa Investments, purchased an existing data center on an 80 acre parcel of land in Albuquerque, New Mexico with more than 60 MW of available power, they not only needed to get the word out about the existing facility, they needed to tell people why Albuquerque was a great place to locate a data center and also communicate Chirisa's broader vision for the Tech Center campus they planned on developing.
This required engineering, early-stage master planning and conceptual design services to help communicate to prospective data center customers the possibilities to be found in the 60 acres of undeveloped desert the was the majority of the Chirisa site - skills your average marketing firm just doesn't have. The result: FOCUS created a flexible prototype design for three additional 100,000 SF data center buildings, a conceptual design for fitting-out 90,000 SF of available space in the existing facility, a campus plan to tie it all together AND made a pretty compelling case for Albuquerque as a great place to build a data center.
Assignment: a new Overview Brochure. The catch: 24 hour turn-around required.
Combining existing collateral found in other Chirsa marketing materials with new copy and updated information developed specifically for this undertaking, FOCUS was able to turn around a new customized brochure in just one business day.
Assignment accepted. Deadline met.
