PROJECTS WORTHY OF A SECOND LOOK
Here's just a small sampling of the data center projects that FOCUS's Associates have worked on over the last few years.
Windstream Data Center, Charlestown, MA
Starting with an unoccupied space in a Northeastern industrial park, the Charlestown project called for both the engineering and upgrading of the site's utility service to a 13.8kV, 3MVA substation as well as the build-out of a new 10,000 SF data center to serve as a showcase facility to support Windstream’s growth plans in the region.
Century Link Data Center, Moses lake, WA
Provided Master Planning and Design-Build services for the initial phase of a 6MW, 42,000 SQ FT data center which needed to be rapidly deployed in remote region of Washington State in a former Air Force command and control center.
Digital Realty Trust, Wakefield, MA
Provided Master Planning for 60,000 SQ FT of data center along with designing, building and equipping the first of six 10,000 SQ FT, 1.2MW pods envisioned by the master plan. Digital Realty specified the conversion of the former American Mutual Insurance Company into State-of-the-Art Data Center with a new 8MVA substation and chilled water plant that would meet the technical requirements of large enterprises seeking wholesale data center space in a world-class facility.
